Unmapping: Vänern is a 630 kilometer long bikepacking race, offering around 6000 meters of elevation. The course loops around Vänern the largest lake in the European Union, it passes through some of Swedens most beautiful nature. Without moving much north or south, the race unfolds across a stunningly varied tapestry of landscapes. Vänern offers everything from open landscapes and sandy beaches to steep cliffs and deep woods, an archipelago of 22.000 islands, home to a rich and diverse wildlife.
