I have tried all the possible with bikester. The best they can offer is the alternative wheel. What I was wondering if is someone has experience with this bike and knows where to find this piece.

To jonte987, no, that is not the case. The wheel did not even come protected with a plastic cap. I have checked everything like 25 different times, and the piece is not there. And I opened the bike on a clean surface specifically for that, to avoid losing parts around. To nadderf. Giant does...
