The role Development Design Engineer involves developing and improving MTB suspension products for all MTB markets.

The work offers possibility to be a part of the complete development process, from idea to finished, good looking, usable products, with highest performance.

You will be a part of a team with responsibility for Product Development of MTB shocks and front
forks.
- Setting demands
- Mechanical design
- Hydraulic design
- Valve dynamics
- Prototype orders and building
- Laboratory testing
- Performance test riding

We have an agile approach, working in larger projects side by side with smaller activities such as product improvements, improving working routines and methods, modularization of products and defining application specifications for OEM customers.

You will have tight collaboration with Project office, Test Riders, Production and Purchasing, as well as our colleagues in Taiwan and other sites across the globe.

Besides good knowledge of the above, we value if Your profile includes any of the following skills:
- Hydraulics
- Manufacturing
- MTB experience
- Mechatronics
- Usability

You have a Master of Engineering or equivalent and are well experienced, creative, solution oriented, prestige less and value team work. You have a good eye for aesthetics.

You write and speak Swedish and English fluently.
