"Trails" I mean single track that is marked for Mountain Bikes. "Touring" Is a ride which is more than one day, so you will have some gear in a back pack, but no panniers etc "Medium" is a ride you can take your girlfriend on and you can show off abit, but not so hard that she will never go...

I have some mates here in Sweden from Australia and New Zealand who are going on a Mountain Bike holiday to Norway. They would like to find some medium level trails to go touring on. Can any one recommend any areas to ride?

Yeah it was a pretty sweet ride....although I was suffering a-bit and swerving all over the place like a drunk!

Dam fine ride gentlemen. Particularly nice to cruse some new trails for the first time and at a good pace also. Only the one Detour/Puncture/HighspeedRapidDismount performed expertly by the Jilster! Thanks to those guiding us on such excellent trails! I am happy to have contributed to the lite...

Yeah cheers for the sweet ride on the weekend. That has got to be some of the best terrain I have ridden! I will have to start doing more after work rides after easter is out of the way I reckon, start learning some of the trails.
