Need help regarding Biltema ecomfort plus 2020 electric bike

I bought this electric bike for cheap but it has not battery. I am looking to get one that should work
the only thing mentioned in the bike is 250watts 28inch

My question is should i get a 36v or 24v battery? I think volatge should not matter much
what should be the electric specification i should look for?

Thank you, I checked motor on the wheel and was able to find that it was 36V motor.

I am looking for a new or used battery that can be used on my bike but unable to find any.I have attached a picture of the connector used.

I bought it from a guy ( I think the battery might be sold earlier) kept the bike and is not very much used. I dont think its stolen bike

You need to get in contact with biltema and ask. The battery have a production code on it.
