mounting road bike on wahoo kickr

Am having trouble aligning the mounting of my road thru axle between wahoo kickr and bicycle. Any suggestions regarding what could be the problem?

I also broke my RD any leads on where to get it fixed near Sollentuna?

I used 142mm adaptor for my specialized for non drive side and it works with adjustment
the through axle is getting blocked maybe I did used the wrong freehub lock nut

Shimano has a separate drive side lock out nut I may have used the other lock out nut, I can check in evening after going from office
