Dear Bike24 support team,
Bike24's switching to DHL Freight as delivery method to Sweden will lose you customers!
It has come to attention of many Swedish customers that Bike24 has switched to using DHL Freight as the default delivery carrier for packages shipped to Sweden.
Compared to other delivery methods from Germany (e.g. DPD or usual DHL), this has proven to be both slower and more inconvenient for individual consumers. I experience this myself with my ongoing order 1234567.
Instead of the carrier delivering to the nearest pickup point (usually operated on behalf of Postnord), the customer is either requested to pick up the package themselves in a DHL warehouse, which is oftentimes located several dozens kilometers away, or to schedule a home delivery, which is known to be unreliable and delivery hours are often inconvenient. DHL Freight's provided package tracking is also not as reliable as with other delivery methods, because it did not show me that my package was stuck in a warehouse until two days later.
It is also known that a few of your competitors continue providing better delivery choices for Swedish customers.

I have been Bike24's faithful customer for several years. This change of delivery method will surely drive me away from continuing to have business with your shop. This is unfortunate, because otherwise I find your assortment, prices, service and overall experience excellent.
With best regards,
