Gothenburg Triathlon course

Hej!
(sorry my Swedish is terrible so I will write in English instead)

I will join the Gothenburg Triathlon this year for the first time, but I don't know much about the area, even though somethings are discribed in the website.
So I wonder if someone here has done it in the past years and can share the Strava or Gamin link so I can check more details about elevation and all.
And of course I am welcoming your opinion if this course is best for a TT or Road bike :)

BTW, if you can also comment on the running course, also very welcome! I supouse it is not a course to use a super expensive carbon plated shoes, right?

Unless you can’t produce power on the TT bike I don’t see why you wouldn’t take it. It’s hilly but nothing steep.
