Help - USE or any other plastic seatpost shim

[Bream]

Does anyone know where I can buy a plastic seatpost shim from in Sweden?

I am after a 27.2 - 30.9 shim, like this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=820

Cheers,

Jeff
