Kona Rove DL

I am new to posting on this community. Sorry if this post gets too big, but I need some advice
Recently I got a Kona rove dl online bikester.se had some attractive discount. After assembling it I realised that the rear brake/shifter is a defective unit. It functions okay but as seen in the picture the shifter is not alligned with brake lever, which feels weird while using.
Upon writing to the website, they have asked me to give them an estimate of repairing this fault from a workshop.
The shifter is a 9 - shimano sora
My questions:
1) Recommendation for a shop around Stockholm who I could ask for a estimate.
2) Are the shifter generally repaired or will I possibly need to replace. A quick google search shows this shifter costs over a thousand SEK.
