Missing part in TCR Advanced 2
Hello everyone,
Recently I purchased a 2020 Giant TCR Advanced Disc 2 at Bikester.se. The bike arrived, and when I took my first ride I realised something was wrong with the front wheel. The problem is that the front wheel did not have the end cap for the right (non-side) side (see pictures), what messes up the balance of the bike and makes the front wheel shaky. When I assembled the bike I was super careful, and I double checked all the boxes, so the piece never came in the box. I contacted bikester, and they don't have the piece, so they have offered me to return the bike or to get (free of charge) a whole new front wheel. I am very surprised (and annoyed) with the fact that they can't find a similar piece, so I have been trying to find it on my own, because I don't want to loose this bike due to my problems to find frames of my size (I am 194 cm tall). The problem is that the hub of the P-R2 wheelset is new from 2020, so the WheelSet manuals available online (Up to 2019) do not specify the missing piece. If I try to find it online, I find nothing and the end caps kit / conversion kits available online for the same diameter and length of my axle (12x100) seem to have different sizes (because they are disegned for different hubs). Does any one of you have idea of where to find this part, or how to make sure to find a compatible one?
