Säfsen XC/AM ?

Is Säfsen any good for AM/XC trails? or is there better in Dalarna? Been to Falun but would like to try some where for a day trip.

There are a lot of country road trails in Säfsen, especially the longer ones but also some really nice, more technically challenging trails. Especially the shorter ones that starts off between the reception/restaurant and the church. I like Byrundan and Paskaberget and if you're into climbing I'm certain you'll also enjoy Råberget runt and Toppturen (starts off where the bike track towards Fredriksberg forks off into a tunnel under the main road).

Just been there for a weekend and it was great, try the ones jockep said, I rly liked the view and the slope from the last mountain in the "topturen"
