Serenade - Chinese carbon wheels
I bought a couple of sets of wheels from a Chinese make called Serenade.
There are hundreds of makes out there, and I spent ages researching. In the end, I went with one that had no bad reviews, communicated well, was very competitive in price and gave me some options for customisation.
The gravel wheelset is 50mm deep, 30mm internal and 1480g. Bladed spokes. This is the heavy duty spec - I am 203cm and 101kg. I've done two rides on them with 45/40mm G-One RX Pro tyres (which swell out to 48/42mm). They seem incredibly aero, as my descending speed is extremely high. Power transfer is very good and they are stiff but comfortable.
The road wheelset is to be tested tomorrow. 55/60mm deep, 22mm internal, 1412g (again, heavy weight construction), bladed spokes.
I love the finish on the rims, and they look really special.
I paid for the wheels and didn't really get any discount, other than a little bit as I bought two sets. Total cost delivered was just under 10,000kr for both sets. I'll do an honest review of them. If they can survive me, they can survive anyone!
