Torpedo Duomatic 102 låser sig

Hej!

Jag har haft återkommande problem med mitt nav i titeln. Det är tredje gången nu på kort tid som navet har låst sig och jag undrar om någon har haft samma eller liknande problem och kanske har en lösning.

Första gången var det låsningsfjädern för klackarna till bromskonan som nöp fast. (9a på bilden nedan)
Andra gången hade ena bromsklacken fått en smäll och fått "grader" i spåret där samma låsfjädern löper som ovan.
Och nu tredje gången gick ena bromsklacken sönder.

Jag funderar på om styr fjädern (14a) åker ur hålet den sitter i bromskonan och orsakar problem, den var nämligen lite böjd ena gången jag tog isär navet.

Om någon känner igen problemet så tar jag gärna emot förslag och rekommendationer på vad man kan göra eller kontrollera.

Tack! Ja det är verkligen ett märkligt fenomen detta.
Axeln är kontrollerad och den är rak.

please check the right mounting of the parts:
25 – 13. It´s important that the part Nr.19 reaches with the wire into a hole on part 14. Also the wires of part 13 (14) must be reach into the little spaces of part 11.”

Hoppas det var det! Intressant system. Baktrampsväxel hade jag på min första egna, men om det har med saken att göra vet jag inte, och ingen annan heller.
