DESCRIPTION
A recent invention, ‘three quarters’ were the brainchild of Edwig Van Hooydonk. The Belgian hardman had the idea after winning the Tour of Flanders in 1989. Riding in horrendous conditions, the conventional shorts he chose to wear on that occasion had aggravated a recurring knee problem. His solution was a pair of cycling shorts that stretched below the knee and offered an elegant alternative to the wrapped bandages routinely used at the time. The new look (in smart WordPerfect dark blue) was introduced in 1990 and gained further international exposure when Van Hooydonk returned to Flanders to win again in 1991.

Mycket bra bibs för folk med gubbknän.
Slittåliga
Bra padding
Håller form/spänst genom måååång tvättar
Svagheter:
De ljusa partierna fram ser lite lustiga ut.
Dyrare än många andra.
Sammanfattning:
Har kört med dessa i ett år och kör med dem från +15 ner till -15( fast då kompletterat med lite fler persedlar). Fungerar bra om man gillat 3/4 bibs (vilket jag gör och jag har även andra märkens 3/4 bib).
