Hi, selling my well used mtb which has its faults and benefits. The frame which is size XL has cracking signs to the right seatstay as well as the right chainstay close to the welding spots. This is a problem well known for the specific model. It has been more than a year that i noticed those two marks which you can see in the pictures and i have been riding since then without any issues. I haven't noticed any change in the cracks themselves like getting bigger or so but in any case you choose what to do with the frame.
The bike was fully serviced professionally (front and rear suspension and link bearings, 1275kr at Trek store Gothenburg). A brand new internally routed BX ascend dropper post was fitted two weeks ago (the cable was routed though a...new hole to the seat tube, see pic). The front derailer is cancelled due to lack of space in the cockpit and because i rarely used anything other than the middle chainring. Carbon steer bar with extra short stem and fresh KENDA excavator tires are fitted. Wheels are true, hubs, transmission, brakes serviced and perform as expected. Will only sell as a whole with shimano spd pedals ready to be ridden. You can keep the frame as is (even though i would not recommend extreme use) or find a similar frame and move all parts.
