We would to get some input on peoples idea for next years mayhem Dates

A. 24-30 july
B. 17-23 July
c. 14-20 August

Plesae let us know either A, B, C

if it is c, then dont you think people will find it hard to get 7 days holiday in August, when the normal time in sweden for holidays is july!

I think you should look at what time the schools start, as this is a largely youth-driven event. A late august date will most likely attract less families and more university students. If this is a pro or a con is up to you. =)

Late july is probably the best date from a vacation point of view, but isnt there a higher probability of rain then?

I would have to go with A on this one, but I will most likely not make it on any date. =(

Please!! Don´t even think about alternative C.

This would make it very hard for familys (at least for my family) to get there.
Most peaople have just returned from their vacation one or two weeks before and it might be very hard to get one more week that close to the ordinary vacation time.
I think you will notice a big loss of participants if you put it in the middle of august.

Alternative A seems to bee the best (It wasn´t that bad weather this year, or..?)

Semester i sverige är väl allt från vecka 26 till vecka 33 numera, dvs 26:e juni till 20:e augusti 2006. Industrisemestern ligger nog mellan vecka 28-31, 10:e juli -> 6:e augusti 2006.
