Det är svårt för mig att tänka att Bruyneel vill vara associerade med Vino efter skandalen från 2 år sedan.
Många hos Astana (både cyklister och sponsorer) är med just pga Bruyneel.
LA och JB har tillgång till resurser som inte har någonting med Kazakhstan att göra.
Contador behöver ett lag där han är numero uno, sin duda.

For Astana to keep Lance, Levi and Klodi as close to the top of the GC as possible they need Evans, the Schleck brothers and Sastre (plus Wiggens and Martin and others) to be strong and to be ready to attack and counter, especially when Contador gets impatient and just can't stand to follow the plan and takes off like only he can do right now.
As long as AC is ahead on time, the other Astana guys can't do meaningful jumps of their own or even follow his jumps without breaking the code and painting themselves as bad guys. AC can do what he wants. He went into this with the completely reasonable expectation of full team support, and that is what they are providing so far. We have reason to believe that his future may be elsewhere, and as such he may not have as much against burning bridges as the others do. Lance wants to win, but he NEEDS to come across in a positive manner to accomplish his larger goals. There is more at stake here than just the race.
