Jag mailade precis till CRC och gnällde lite på Parcelforce. Spelar det någon roll? Knappast om jag är den ende som gör det, men om alla alltid klagar när man inte får den tjänst eller vara man betalar för tror jag att världen kan bli bättre. Eller åtminstone så kanske folk slutar lova vitt och brett.
Alla språkliga brister i mailet skyller jag på att jagskrev det i affekt ;-)

I am writing to you to simply to inform you about my opinion about Parcelforce. I have placed several orders at Chainreactioncycles this year and although you always have provided swift service the same cannot be said about Parcelforce. Sometimes they have made deliveries within acceptable time, but mostly not. Several friends of mine share my experiences. To give you an example, I placed an order last Monday witch was dispatched very promptly by you. However, my parcel has still not arrived to me in Stockholm, Sweden. The tracking information provided by Parcelforce is as follows:

Since this reflects poorly on your company I suggest that you reconsider using Parcelforce's services, re-negotiate shipping prices or state clearly on your website that Parcelforce regularly fails badly in honoring their commitments. By the way, I complained about this last week to Parcelforce and have not yet received a reply.
