Are these lights enough?

Not sure how the performance are on those.

Traffic rules say that when it's dark you should have:
White, or yellow, constant light forward and should be visible from 300 m.
Constant red light (or blinking a minimum of 200 times/minute) at the back.

Your should also have reflectors on the bike; white in the front of the bike, red at the back, white or orange on both sides of the bike.

Depending on when you start you might have to consider battery time on the lights.

So the conclusion is, typically, Yes.

But on the other hand, why not complicate things that are simple, just because you can?

Those will do fine. Not much traffic from motor vehicles during the few dark hours.
