Looks very low supply and nothing significant but some colour changes ans the adoption of UHD derailleur hanger as per many other brands.
And we may get limited access to the E160 (maybe)

But in all honesty, at this point for Yeti and most high end brands, things are really getting incremental.
It is getting really hard to improve on current bikes.
The hold up used to be 1byx drive train, strong 29er wheels, long dropper post...
Now that we have all that, and that bike geometry are pretty much what engineers have been wanting to have for 50 years but could not as the technology wasn't there yet, it is going to be harder and harder to justify upgrading your bike for any other reason than "Fu#k off, I like new shiny stuff"

I think that bike has been actively ridden for 8 years now. Still going strong.

Considering that between the SEK loosing about 30% to the USD in the last 18 months or so and OEM component raising by 15 to 25% in the same period of time, I think that selling a perfectly good bike for the same one in another colour for about twice as much as you paid for the current and 3 times what you are likely to get for it second hand isn't the be use of funds that could be found.
But then again, I need to sell some bikes next year too so "Sound like a great plan to me!"

My personal money would be more in a very nice wheelset maybe a longer dropper if mine is not already slammed in and there is room for it in the frame, maybe a nice coil shock for bike park riding if the progressivity of your frame make it is good option....

Fettspruta till Switch-grejen. Hur specifik är den? Ser att Biltema har en som heter fettspruta mini med nålmunstycken. Passar den? Och så ser jag att Fox rekommenderar Molybdeniumfett till den. Eller finns det skäl att köra nåt annat?

Den egna sprutan med fett ser ju ut att vara lagom prisvärd så om man inte måste…

Det här är lite gissning, men jag tror inte att sprutan är specifik.
Jag kör yetis egna fett för att jag är för okunnig att läsa mig till vad som skulle kunna ersätta det.
Tror dock inte att det är något magiskt med just deras. Eller så har dom en snöman på huvudkontoret som dom mjölkar fett ur…?

Inte alltid helt lätt att få in fett i den. Man måste trycka som en tok för att det ska hända något.

Du kan serva det själv relativt enkelt. Fettspruta, lossa några bult i länkaget och torka det rent så ska det hålla länge. Är du första ägaren så är det livstidsgaranti på din switch infinity. Tog isär min fullständigt för ett par veckor sedan och upplevde inte att det var ett jättejobb. Fastnar dock rätt mycket skit i svenska förhållanden om man cyklar året runt.

How much does it cost to service the Switch linkage? And what is the service interval?
Who does it in Sweden?

It doesn't require service per sey.
just grease it every 40 hours of riding (ish depending on conditions) and take it appart, clean, regrease once a year and you are good to go for years

Behöver ändå en spruta i största allmänhet så köper nog en och provar.

Biltemas fettspruta mini passar finfint om nån undrar. Krävdes inte så mycket våld för att trycka in fettet. Ser att det finns en massa varianter under olika namn av den att köpa i diverse nätbutiker.

Nu ska jag bara märka upp att det inte är lagerfett i just den och köpa en till för annat.

En del förändringar som jag gillar med den och den är säkert en fantastisk cykel.
Väldigt mycket pengar, men det gäller ju inte bara yetis cyklar. Var det inte Treks senaste flaggskepp som gick lös på 140k…
Mycket av det dom ändrat tror jag även kommer på dom befintliga modellerna så småningom.

Pjhuuu!! Bara SB160! Än så länge har jag Yetis värsting iaf (SB165) ? Blir intressant o se vad mer som kommer mer.....
Nya SI verkar ju lite mer väderbeständig vilket kan va bra för oss i sverige som inte har snustorra stigar precis.

Nä, det är sambons 140, ska ersätta SB66an.

130 är nog i mista laget för min del för att orka cykla i alper och sånt men 160 är på tok för mycket race.

Men det är nästa års bekymmer beroende på hur sliten Occamen känns efter sin fjärde säsong.

The 140 puts them down if I understood correctly.
I can imagine that the changes made to the 160 can also be made to the other models.

They are coming but let's be honest, although I am sure (didn't get to try them yet), the sb115 and sb130 replacements are nice improvement in term of serviceability (not that I ever found them hard to service once you learn the process ) and cable management is definitely improved, they are evolutionary and not revolutionary. I wouldn't recommend any owner of a SB115 or SB130 (especially the LR) to upgrade to the new one.
And even if you have the classic SB130, it would be a lot cheaper to upgrade the fork and remove the spacer in the rear chock and get yourself a 137/160 bike that will ride 98.23% like the new model (objective scientificly proven number here. Nothing coming our of a magician hat at all..)

To all Yeti owners,
As you may have noticed, all but the SB165 Yeti bikes are using the SRAM Universal derailleur hanger.
I have brought in 15 units of the old one, but I will not be stocking the hanger after those are sold out.
It does not mean that you won't be able to order one. Just that you won't get it fast (think weeks/month instead of days)
So if you do not already have a spare, time to order one.
The same goes for hardware rebuild kits and other parts specific to your bike...
I won't put links up because I am sure the local sheriff will get mad and delete my post (not sure how long this one will stay up as it is) but if you follow the link on my signature you should be able to find the parts easily enough

Det rycker svårt i tarmen efter en SB135LR men sjukt svårt att motivera priset..

If you own an SB130LR, SB150, or SB165, I would personally not upgrade unless you really have too much money
There are some nice refinements (cable management, threaded BB, UDH derailleur) on the new line up but unless you MUST have the SRAM Transmision drivetrain and need the UDH derailleur standard, I dought that anyone would notice real-life differences between the SB137 (ie SB130LR) and the SB140 29er, the SB150, and SB160 (just change the airshaft on your fork and stick an offset bushing on the shock and the SB165 is unchanged.
For those who have an SB110 or SB115 and are not Lycra fans but like a fast, capable, and fun trail bike with massive "down country" capabilities, the SB120 upgrade might be worse it.
And this is coming from someone that pays his bills from selling Yeti bikes.
Then again... I might, possibly, maybe, perhaps, be completely wrong ;)

Hej! Tänkte försöka väcka liv i min gamla AS-R SL. Den är nog från typ 2004. Bakdämpen (5th element) ser lite trött ut. Går den att serva tror ni, eller kan man byta ut den?
