Små affär eller internet giant
QUESTION? SMALL SHOP OR INTERNET GIANT.
So here we have a Nukeproof Giga Comp ready to leave on Saturday. Although Nukeproof bikes come with an awesome pre assembly, we have set the seat at 109% of the customers inseam measurement, swapped the brakes around (Nukeproof are assembled for the UK market) shortened the brake hoses and cables, removed a few things and made sure there is grease everywhere it should be. Checked the tension of every single bolt and got it to the point where we think it is ready for delivery. And if you pick your bike up in store this is all done for free and we will even mount a few things, cut down your bars and give your suspension a basic set up for you, your weight and your riding position all in the service free of charge and give your bike its first service for free. This is what happens in my shop and I would assume other small shops over Sweden.
So my question is to you, would you rather buy your bike from an Internet giant or a small shop run by a rider?
