Hi guys n girls. Here is the English speaking Aussie immigrant ? from Dan's cykel o skid. I jump on the computer every now and then looking for a bike lease company to deal with. Although they have domain endings in .se and so do their major suppliers they all seem to be internationally owned. In the bike industry we seem to send so much money and profits internationally, it's sometimes un avoidable. It would be nice to keep a bit more money in Sweden. Does anyone know of a bike lease company that is 100% Swedish owned and deals with mainly Swedish owned companies?

Vet att dom jobbar med många mindre butiker i Sverige i samma storlek som Dans cykel iaf. Sen är dom inte svenskägda, nej.

I could be misunderstanding, but don't know if it fulfills what TS asked for?


In the ad you linked to, it says:

" The BusinessBike brand is owned by Bike Mobility Services and is part of Pon.Bike. – the world's largest bicycle group with brands such as Cannondale, Gazelle, Cervélo and Santa Cruz."

And the other, if not owned by signa sports, seems to only support their shops. 2 shops that were mentioned this week in my shop seem to be local but all profits go to Germany. Signa sports will be the death of decent local bike shops. Might feel great for the consumer. But as a dealer of some of their brands and on their top tier discounts, you as a consumer can shop online and buy everything of theirs I have in stock at the moment cheaper than I can. Sorry. Anything that involves Signa can turn into a touchy subject for me...
