The non SBR-ID positions are full as it stands but carry on entering and I will start a reserve list. There is still 20 places not yet taken by SBR ID holders which if not filled will come up for grabs in order of application to the reserve list.

I've been to Haga a couple of times now since announcing the race and I'm really excited for this event. I think for a first race of the year and first race ever for many people its going to be perfect. Not too technical compared to some SBR's just fun fast tracks!

So due to the high demand from non SBR-ID participants I have opened up 20 more spaces to accommodate. If all of the SBR ID spots are filled as well then its going to be one hell of a race!

Anmälan via ett forum är ett gissel att administrera och speciellt när en tråd skall editeras/uppdateras ganska ofta.

vi har nu tagit fram ett formulär som efter helgen kan användas för att anmäla sig till framtida SBR.
Enkelt med val av namn och klicka anmäl för alla med ID och resterande får snällt texta sitt namn manuellt innan de kan klicka anmäl.
kommer även innehålla länk till Swish för att bekräfta sin anmälan.

Theres some odd auto correct/translate stuff going on with the happyride site update. This could cause some confusion with people who are on the list but I havent gone back and changed anything apart from doubled up people.

Yeah I remember putting you on the list before, I think you may have suffered from this auto translate/correct issue so have a look if theres anything you could have been translated to! I've added you again anyway for now.

I signed up 10th of January and I can’t find my name on the list but there’s “pfag” written, could it be my name but misspelled?

Again you were definitely on the list but there has been this update to the site, several names have been changed. pfag is someone else not registered on happy.

I will make new form before the swish opens so everyone can see it.

Ollie uppdaterar as we speak första posten med alla som anmält sig här via forumet.
Inte helt enkelt när vissa poster verkar vara på rymmen samt att några uppdateringar med deltagare inte riktigt fastnat under tiden forumet uppdaterades..

Galet med deltagare anmälda och detta kommer bli riktigt kul evenemang och en riktigt bra start på serien.

För att underlätta för oss arrangörer så kommer alla event 2020 ha ett enkelt formulär att fylla i, detta gör att vi får startlistor mm som vi kan exportera direkt till programmet för tidtagningen och alla klasser och namn blir rätt på samma gång.

Öppna detta formuläret på en dators finns det en Swishlänk längst ner som ni kan skanna med telefonen när ni skall betala startavgiften.
INGA anmälningar är klara förrän ni fyllt i formuläret och betalt för platsen.
De som inte finns med på listan i första inlägget hamnar som reserver och skall heller inte betala in startavgiften förrän man fått besked via PM att man fått en plats.
För nu är anmälan via forumet stängd...

Har man SBR-ID väljer mannan i listan och klass, för övriga behövs dessa uppgifter fyllas i manuellt.

Maybe this will help for planning as there seems to be a great interest.
I have an SBR-id but will not be able to join this race.
So someone else can have my spot.

Perhaps a stupid question but anyway. Do one need to do 12 runs or is it the best time on each stage that counts? So if I am happy after two runs on each stage that is it?

INFO UPDATE:

In the interest of keeping the land owners happy we are making some changes to the set up. We want to have as little time on the hill as possible and leave as little impact on the land too. To achieve this we are going down to 3 stages, removing the fourth fresh cut stage meaning the tracks will be on three established tracks. Other than this the format will remain the same. So to clarify:

3 Stages, 3 runs on each, all times count towards overall time.

Racing will start at 9am and the tracks will be open for 3 hours closing at 12pm. This should be plenty of time to do 9 runs. Timing sticks will be ready for people to pick up from Roger at 8:30 in the car park shown on the map.

Swish is open please use the form Roger provided (link below). Everyone on the reserve list has until March 1st to swish after which they will no longer be reserved and places will go up for everyone on a first come first serve basis.

I was up to Haga this weekend and its super cool to see so many people enjoying these classic tracks. Please remember to take your rubbish home with you and be cool to any other non cyclists on the hill.

Final Info to be released two weeks before the race.
