Fick det här idag:
Hi,
You may or may not already be made aware, but unfortunately, Cykelkraft AB and its parent company have filed for bankruptcy earlier today. Unless you have received the bike you ordered in the last few days, it will not come. a least from Cykelkraft.
As you know, Ibis and Yeti make incredibly great bikes and are both a very boutique and successful brands, with a very long waiting list for most of their bikes with all their dealers around the world.
I have been in discussion with those two brands upper management so that they keep your order live in their order queue until they come back from their annual holidays on January 7th, at which point it will be cancelled unless I have informed them to transfer it to their representative/distributor in for Scandinavia.
However, Cykelkraft has been very aggressive with promotions and offers, mostly due to the fact that they were both distributor and dealer and decided to use the distributor margin to make those amazing bikes financially more attractive.
Those discounts will not be sustainable for any normally run dealership and therefore, may not all possible to be "fully" passed on.
Please contact me in return by text with your full name, email address and order number so that I can pass on your details to Ibis new representative and so that your order can be kept in the queue and prices upheld when at all possible (CK point, goodwill gestures, compensation etc... won't, unfortunately, be able to be upheld)
As I will very likely lose access to the backend of Cykelkraft system if not already by the time you read this, and that I cannot legally export your details to a third party without your explicit written authorisation, I will respond to your text with an email address where I will ask you to send me a screengrab of your order.
Without it, I will not be able to secure a purchase discount from Ibis/Yeti that will allow the price on your order to matched or at least closely match.
Also, like any other items purchased with the bike will be cancelled and you will have to look for them elsewhere.
I would like to take this time to personally apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, and as a big fan and owner and rider of bikes of both brands, I hope that you will decide to transfer your order so that more and more iof them are seen on the trails around Scandinavia.
Funderar lite på om man verkligen vågar skicka sin info.
