Jag är inte bara blind fan av Evans, men har defintivt inte hört någonting öht om dopning i sammanhanget i alla år jag har följt honom... Om det fanns skulle jag självklart acceptera det. Som jag förresten har gjort med Jan, som var min första cykel-hjälte.

Jag är inte bara blind fan av Evans, men har defintivt inte hört någonting öht om dopning i sammanhanget i alla år jag har följt honom... Om det fanns skulle jag självklart acceptera det. Som jag förresten har gjort med Jan, som var min första cykel-hjälte.

Mina favoriter var Indurain och Rominger. Rominger har jobbat med den suspekte Michele Ferrari, vilket även Lance A och Cadel E har gjort, har också för mig att Rominger varit manager åt Cadel E.
Har dock ingen koll på i vilken utsträckning Rominger misstänktes för dopning, inte heller Indurain.

Du menar att Evans har s.a.s. flugit under radarn fram tills de riktiga toppresultaten har börjat komma relativt nyligen? Så kan det naturligtvis vara. Fast någonting borde man ju ha hört. Några oklarheter kring något test, någon gammal lagkompis som sagt något. Men ingenting?

Hittade det här på Cyclingnews från en intervju med Rominger gjord av Sport1.de. Flera av åkarna han var agent för åkte dit, alternativt misstänktes för dopning. Speciellt stycket om Puerto är intressant:
"I am very disappointed by cycling," he concluded. "We thought we had a new beginning. After the Festina scandal, we thought that cycling was going the right way. The Floyd Landis doping case has done the most damage. That was the lowest point for me. The Puerto affair would be so easy to solve. The documents are there and the blood bags are there, the riders have all agreed to do a DNA test. I don't know what they are waiting for. We should try to close the case and make a new start."
Case closed, same same but different... ;-)
